Caracterización del riesgo preconcepcional, desde los determinantes sociales de salud intermedios

Even with the improvement and updating of the Program, it is recognized that there are difficulties, which is why the aim is to improve some aspects, especially the identification and control of Pre-Conceptional Reproductive Risk at office 7 La Hata, in the period from January t December 2024 with the objective of characterizing it from the Social Determinants of Health. The Intermediate Social Determinants of Health category was worked on,base don the biological factors variable in its dimensions of age and skin color; the behavior variable in its behavioral and psychosocial dimensions. Among the main results, biological factors were found to be a predominance of groups aged 15 to 19 and 35 to 39 years, with White skin, and genetic factors in relation to Family Pathological History. As behavioral behaviors, the risk nutritional status of Abdominal Obesity, cigarette addiction, pre-university school level and working women prevailed. Pre-Conception risk was characterized from the Intermediate Determinants of Health in relation to non- modifiable biological factors and risk behaviors.
